..and I am really feeling it this time around. I want to eat everything in sight, cause physical harm to stupid people, and I am highly emotional. This was evidenced last night as I sat on my couch watching the Biggest Loser (yes, I'm three days behind, suck it) and as each one of the contestants crossed the finish line of their 5k, I cried. Not just choked up holding back tears, the big tears that stream down your face. Then I went to bed - no workout - nothing productive.

Right there with ya...except for me it wasn't highly emotional, it was uber cranky. Shark week is a perfect comparison...
