Foods... all the foods...

Tuesday Food:

Breakfast:  Two boiled eggs and three pieces of turkey bacon

Lunch:  Spinach salad with a boiled egg, broccoli, two pieces of turkey bacon, sunflower seeds, chia seeds and ranch dressing

Snack:  Two pieces of watermelon provided by the Martinez

Dinner:  Breaded tilapia, steamed broccoli, sauteed corn and a little bit of mashed potatoes


Wednesday Food:

Breakfast:  Apple with peanut butter

Lunch:  Turkey sub from Subway with jalapeno chips

Dinner:  Cranberry chicken salad


Thursday Food:

Breakfast:  Smoothie

Lunch:  Leftover cranberry chicken salad

Dinner:  Went to Chili's with my boys.  House salad with ranch and a bowl of potato soup.
