Week 5


Oh.  My.  Goodness. 

Week 5 is done but not without some depressing moments.  We had two days of ice here in Oklahoma which resulted in much pouting about treadmill runs from yours truly.

Monday:  Easy 3


Wednesday:  Stress - Interval 5 mi 2x 1 mi @ 5k pace


Thursday:  Recovery 4 mi

I did this on Friday as my legs were hurting so bad.

Saturday:  Stress Long Run 7 mi

I did this on Sunday afternoon as it was pouring rain Saturday morning.
